Christmas and Easter: Minimum rental time 2 weeks.
Children up to the age of 3 years are free.
If you decide to stay 4 weeks you`ll receive a rental fee about 3 weeks and only additional $ 50,00 electricity per the fourth week.
You have to pay 30% of the whole rental fee when receiving our confirmation of booking. You have to pay the remaining fee four weeks before journey. For cancellation, a resignation fee is raised by the lessor. The prices are listed in terms of hire.
Telephone and fax fees: local calls are free. Please use a telephone card for long-distance calls, you can get it everywhere.
You have to pay the deposit of $ 500,00 with the rest sum. We will remit the sum back minus the additional charge of your electricity consumption.
Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking environment, therefore in all rooms of the house smoking is not permitted.
The use of the whole holiday home area is at your`s own risk. |
